Where are Seomse™ products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in Europe . We work with a European laboratory and keep the necessary traceability documents (supplier information, invoicing, production references).

What are your delivery times?

Our delivery times vary depending on the destination. On average, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to track the delivery.

What does “% organic ingredients” mean?

When we display a “% organic”, it corresponds to the proportion of ingredients from organic farming in the formula, justified by the documentation of our suppliers (certificates / attestations).
The “% of natural origin” is calculated separately according to ISO 16128 .

Are Seomse™ products suitable for all skin types?

Our skincare products are designed to suit most skin types, including sensitive skin. Since every skin is unique, we recommend introducing the products gradually.

What does the “% of natural origin” displayed on your product pages mean?

The “% of natural origin” corresponds to a calculation based on the ISO 16128 standard . This standard defines a method to determine, ingredient by ingredient, an index of natural origin , and then to calculate the total percentage of the product.

To calculate it:

  • Each ingredient receives a natural origin index (between 0 and 1) according to its origin and method of obtaining it, in accordance with ISO 16128.
  • This coefficient is then applied to the actual proportion of the ingredient in the formula.
  • The final percentage of natural origin corresponds to the sum of these contributions over the entire formula.

However, ISO 16128 is a calculation method , not an "organic" label or a COSMOS/ECOCERT-type certification. It does not replace organic certification and does not automatically mean that a product is "100% natural".

Are Seomse™ products natural?

Our formulas contain a high proportion of ingredients of natural origin.
The exact percentage is indicated on each product page, calculated according to the ISO 16128 standard.
When a product is certified (e.g. COSMOS ORGANIC / COSMOS NATURAL), this is clearly mentioned on its product sheet and on its packaging.

What is the difference between the Seomse™ ranges?

Our products are organized into complementary collections:

  • Symbiosis – to provide comfort and hydration and help the skin better cope with daily aggressions.
  • Original – to revive radiance and smooth the appearance of the complexion.

Each range can be integrated into a personalized routine.

Do the products contain perfumes or allergens?

Our formulas may contain fragrances of natural origin. We take care to limit the presence of allergens in accordance with European cosmetic regulations.
